The fracture mode in different M-A constituents containing multiphase steels under impact load was examined considering their microstructural and micromechanical aspects. The results showed that a ductile fracture develops in the fine-grained bainitic ferrite/M-A multiphase by microvoids initiation and coalescence, while cleavage develops in the coarse-grained polygonal ferrite/M-A multiphase by microcracks initiation and propagation, due to their diversities in morphologies of microstructural components and microhardness difference between phases. 相似文献

A spatially resolved three‐dimensional microscale model of a lithium‐ion battery half‐cell is developed and applied to periodic electrode microstructures made up of spherical particles following a bidisperse particle size distribution. The geometries of the periodic unit cells are derived from discrete element simulations using periodic boundary conditions. Three different particle arrangements, which consist of two layered structures and one mixed particle array, as well as three different compression rates, are considered. In the study, the cathode is assumed to consist of LiMn2O4 as active material. Layered particle arrangements comprising the particle fraction of the smaller particle size in the region close to the separator are found to be beneficial especially for high‐rate applications. Fatigue crack growth behaviour of Ti–6Al–2Zr–1.5Mo–1.5V (VT-20 a near-α Ti alloy) was studied in lamellar, bimodal and acicular microstructural conditions. Fatigue crack growth tests at both increasing and decreasing stress intensity factor range values were performed at ambient temperature and a loading ratio of 0.3 using compact tension samples. Lamellar and acicular microstructures showed lower fatigue crack growth rates as compared to the bimodal microstructure due to the tortuous nature of cracks in the former and the cleavage of primary α in the latter. The thin‐film morphology of stereoregular syndiotactic poly(p‐methylstyrene)–(cis‐1,4‐polybutadiene) (sP(pMS–B)) multiblock copolymers has been investigated using tapping mode atomic force microscopy with variation of the polymer composition and monomer block lengths. The morphology of the thin films ranges from isolated circular domains of sP(pMS) embedded into a matrix of polybutadiene (PB) to isolated domains of PB embedded into a matrix of sP(pMS), passing through bicontinuous (jagged) lamellae when the pMS concentration is in the range 20–67 mol%. Multiple folding of the polymer segments, i.e. where reciprocal inclusions of polymer segments to each other phase are able to generate greater domain, has been postulated and validated by considerations on the polymer architecture and the thermal and crystalline behaviour. © 2019 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

(1-x)Sr0.7Pb0.15Bi0.1TiO3-xBi4Ti3O12 ((1-x)SPBT-xBIT, x = 0-0.125) bulk ceramics were developed and calcined via the solid-state method, aimed at the application of pulsed power capacitors. The phase structures, temperature stability, hysteresis loop, and discharge properties were systematically investigated. Considering both the temperature stability and dielectric properties, 0.925SPBT-0.075BIT bulk ceramics with a capacitance variation satisfying the X7R specification were developed for pulsed power capacitors. The energy storage density was 0.252 J/cm3, and the ceramics showed high temperature stability at 80 kV/cm. The discharge current waveforms of the 0.925SPBT-0.075BIT ceramics were recorded. A high discharge power density of approximately 1.01 × 108 W/kg with an 8 Ω load resistor and short discharge period of 84 ns were achieved at 50 kV/cm. The good temperature stability properties and high power density show that the 0.925SPBT-0.075BIT ceramics are well suited for pulsed power capacitors with a wide temperature range. 相似文献

苏里格气田是中国典型的致密砂岩气藏,构造简单、平缓,横向非均质性强,有效储层与围岩声学特征差别小,地震响应不明显,常规地震监测方法预测难度大,但气田含气砂岩泊松比低,是地震气藏检测的有效参数。利用弹性全波形反演精度高和能处理复杂非均质介质的优势,反演地层拉梅常数、剪切模量和密度,并计算泊松比,从而进行气藏预测。重点阐述了苏里格气田多分量数据全波形反演初始模型建模、先验模型建模和地震数据预处理3个关键问题的处理方法。二维三分量数据反演和"甜点"预测结果表明:①对于具有强非均质性的苏里格气田,利用全波形反演获得精度较高的地层弹性参数能显著提高气藏预测的准确度;②苏里格地区构造简单、平缓,利用常规叠加速度并结合构造解释可以建立比较好的初始模型,从而有效地解决了周波跳跃和局部极小的难题;③先验知识的约束和地震数据的预处理是全波形反演成功应用于苏里格气田气藏检测的关键。 相似文献
